Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
No transfer of booking is allowed. The Orijean reserve all rights to deny the rental service to any 3rd party whom the booking was transferred to and the Customer’s deposit will be forfeited.
Can I request for a day and time slot that is not shown in your calendar?

Can I cancel and get a refund after making booking?
There are no refunds for any cancellations upon your purchase/payment. Cancellations or no-show will render your booking forfeited.
What is there a refundable deposit?
All items for rental will be subjected to a refundable deposit as a security for the vendor. The deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days if the items are returned in an orderly manner as per the condition when rented.
